At Manic Maids, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your cleaning, we ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment. Any cancellations made within 24 hours will have a $60 fee.
We always send a confirmation the day before your scheduled cleaning. This gives you enough time to check your calendar and let us know if something has come up. We’re not sticklers on exactly 24-hour notice, but we should know the afternoon before your cleaning. We want to make it easy to stay on track.
We do not profit from the cancellation fee. It helps support your cleaning technician, who loses their expected wages when there’s a late cancellation. And we’re always understanding if there’s a true emergency for a long-time client. We just ask that you keep us informed when possible, since your cleaner also plans their day around the schedule.
If you do need to cancel or move your appointment, we’re happy to help — just let us know. If a cancellation happens too late, we’ll charge the credit card on file for the $60 fee.
