You’ll also have the same cleaning technician for each visit. That way, you get familiar with who’s coming to your home, and they get to know your space and preferences. It’s more personal, more comfortable, and a better clean every time.
Over time, we will take your feedback on the individual cleans and share it with your cleaning tech. Your cleaner will learn the layout and unique needs of your home. Whether it’s how you like the floors mopped or the products you prefer in the bathroom, we make sure those details are remembered. We also send updates and feedback to your cleaner to improve the service as we go.

Most customers choose biweekly or monthly frequency for cleaning.
After the first visit, we’ll work with you to find the right plan going forward. That first cleaning helps us learn your home, so future visits go faster and smoother.
We often have clients who have different requests for each visit – guest bathrooms one visit, and extra den area the next – to keep your cleaning within budget. Sometimes, customers will ask for a longer deeper clean at different intervals at extra cost for a special need. We will work with you to make it work, provided you communicate your needs.
No Contracts, No Obligation
Our recurring clients have no obligation to stay on the plan. As long as you’re happy with the cleaning, we will keep cleaning for you. There are no contracts or lock-in to our cleaning plan.
If you decide you’d like something less frequent, or an extra cleaning, we can provide that.
If you are out of town, we can stop your cleaning for that time. We will always send reminder texts before your next appointment and as long as you adhere to our cancellation policy, we are happy to cancel or move your next appointment.
